My Book Haul (3)

Photobucket

I was in need of a new way to showcase titles, and finally decided that My Book Haul seems like a good fit. I like giving books a little special attention as sometimes it can be awhile before I'm able to review them. Sad to say, but some get put on the shelf and gather a little dust before I'm able to give them the love they deserve. I've included links to Goodreads if you want more information on the books.

For Review:
I'm trying to be good and work on my TBR piles instead of adding to it, but this one sounded too good to resist!

by Lydia Netzer

A debut unlike any other, Shine, Shine, Shine is a shocking, searing, breathless love story, a gripping portrait of modern family, and a stunning exploration of love, death and what it means to be human.

***

This was a nice surprise, as I don't remember requesting it. Books in my mailbox are always a welcome surprise! Sorry to say that this one doesn't have a cover yet...

by J. T. Geissinger

In a dark underground cell, Morgan Montgomery waits to die. A member of the Ikati, an ancient tribe of shape-shifters, Morgan stands convicted of treason. And Ikati law clearly spells out her fate: death to all who dare betray. But there is a glimmer of hope.

I'll have to watch for your review. Here is what I got this week at Inside of a Dog and at Ms. Martin Teaches Media. Happy reading!
